Artemide is pleased to announce the opening of a new Lighting Consultancy & Training Center in New York. The center is located at 46 Greene Street, adjacent to the Artemide flagship store in SoHo.
The multi-purpose space will host Artemide product training and events throughout the year. In addition, it will showcase the new Architectural collection developed for the North American market, including the Red Dot Award winning Alphabet of Light, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group.
The Lighting Consultancy & Training Center will help build on Artemide’s heritage, product knowledge and lighting capacities in the North American market. Special training sessions and future CEU credits trainings will be made available to architects, lighting designers, retailers, students and press. This is Artemide’s third Lighting Consulting Center to open worldwide, in addition to venues located in Milan and Rome. Artemide aims to make the New York Lighting Consultancy & Training Center a great support tool to strengthen its market share in the North American architectural lighting market.
Guided by the philosophy of “The Human Light”, Artemide continues to conceive and develop its products around the well-being of humans in any space, from residential to workplace and public spaces. Artemide does not simply design around a light source, the company implements research and development to create innovative lights using electronic and optical technology that enhance the user’s well-being.
For the occasion will be exhibited in the new showroom the photographic works by Pierpaolo Ferrari who signs the new Artemide 2017 campaign.
Artemide will host an opening event in the new center as part of the celebration of NYCxDesign on May 22nd.
Artemide looks forward to welcoming visitors to the new space to learn more about the brand and its products firsthand.
