years before founding Voltaire, a professional organization composed of architects and industrial designers that develops projects for interior and exterior lighting, as well as studying light fixtures custom made. In 2002 Voltaire study was commissioned to develop the lighting design of Bicycle Museum and at the same time won the competition for the public lighting of Piazza gambara in Milan. Since 2003, the studio is involved in several lighting projects, including: Exhibition "Armani Backstage" Teatro Armani, Milan, showroom of shoes Fratelli Rossetti Rome, Milan showroom Donna Karan, stores for the group Champion, art gallery contemporary Guenzani in Milan and the urban area's pedestrianized Old Town of Legnano (MI). In 2007 he was commissioned by Zurich Insurance Company of Italy for the development of the lighting project dell' Headquarters of Milan and begins the development of the project for the Diesel headquarters of 100,000 square meters in Breganze (VC). Later Voltaire is involved in projects for the new Microsoft headquarters in Milan, for the New Palace of the region in Milan and the stations of the Metro New Brescia. Currently the studio is working for Patek Philippe, Tag Heuer, Raymond Weil, The Feltrinelli bookshops, Palladian Museum, Rocca jewelry (Damiani group), MSGM fashion brand, Palazzo Versace in Dubai, Headquarters Foster Wheeler Milano. Alongside his work as a designer, Jacopo Acciaro has been working as a professor of lighting at the University of Pavia and the European Institute of Design in Milan.
