Iluminar la Vida is an Artemide initiative conceived as a platform for dialogue and reflection on the relationship between light and space.
Through encounters and contributions from professionals in the field, it explores the connection between design, well-being and the quality of environments, opening up new perspectives on contemporary design.
On September 16, at Casa Thomas, in the Cubiñá showroom in Barcelona, Artemide presented a new chapter of the project with “Construir el mañana”. The event focused on the challenges involved in creating more sustainable environments capable of responding to future needs. Ignasi Cubiñá and Xavier Ferrés, moderated by Clara Rius of AHEAD Barcelona, explored topics including sustainable construction, circular economy and innovation, highlighting how every choice can contribute to reducing environmental impact.
Within this reflection, light takes on a central role. Efficiency, technology, durability and well-being become part of an integrated vision in which the quality of spaces and environmental responsibility go hand in hand.
The event brought together different areas of expertise and perspectives, creating an opportunity to share knowledge and explore new ways of imagining and building the future.
